A family-owned business since, RUSTIN is committed to the well-being and safety of its teams. We implement innovative initiatives, such as regular training, a four-day workweek, and gender equality, while adhering to CSR standards. Workloads are also managed within a 35-hour workweek.

Each year, ECOVADIS assesses the CSR programmes of hundreds of companies worldwide. In 2020, Ecovadis awarded Rustin a silver medal, and we are continuing our efforts when it comes to our environmental, social and ethical responsibilities.
