RUSTIN places environmental responsibility at the core of its strategy
Certified EcoVadis with an ESG score of C69, the company is actively committed to reducing its carbon footprint in line with the Paris Climate Agreement. Its objective is to achieve a 5% reduction in relative greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 across scopes 1, 2, and 3, contributing to carbon neutrality by 2050.
These commitments are part of a comprehensive sustainable development approach aimed at integrating more environmentally responsible practices throughout all activities and across the supply chain.

RUSTIN is proud to announce a Women–Men Equality Index score of 98/100 for the 2024 fiscal year. Among the 133 employees considered—each employed for more than six months during the year—59 are women and 74 are men, representing a total of 134 full-time equivalents (60 women and 74 men).
