La Chartre-sur-le-Loir Unit
The historic birthplace of Rustin since 1903
Located in the heart of the Loir Valley, the La Chartre-sur-le-Loir site is where Rustin took its first steps. For over 120 years, it has been at the core of the company’s expertise, concentrating industrial know-how in rubber processing. La Chartre-sur le- Loir is a cornerstone of our production, with a constant focus on innovation while preserving the artisanal methods that built Rustin’s reputation. The Rustines manufacturing workshop, which is still operational, exemplifies this ability to combine tradition with modern requirements.
This iconic site serves as the center of expertise for materials and machining. All materials are designed, developed, qualified, and industrialized here by the laboratory as well as by Crousilles’ production centers. It also houses the design, engineering, and manufacturing center for all our tooling. Both subtractive and additive productions are fully carried out on our historic site.
Neuillé-Pont-Pierre Unit
Our production site dedicated to silicone
Inaugurated in 2019, the Neuillé-Pont-Pierre site marks a new stage in Rustin’s industrial development. Built to accommodate high-capacity production lines and meet the challenges of performance and diversification, it has established itself today as a strategic innovation hub.
This 3,000 m2 extension was launched to support the growing industrial processing activities of silicone rubbers, particularly in the production of sealing joints for the rail and aerospace sectors, meeting strict quality, safety, and environmental standards.
