Depending on your needs, we offer two types of processes :<\/p>\n

=<\/span>\u00a0Batch extrusion in an autoclave <\/strong>ideal for gentle crosslinking, excellent dimensional stability, and the production of technical profiles requiring very high precision.
=<\/span>\u00a0Continuous extrusion<\/strong> (UHF, hot air), perfectly suited for long lengths, offering an optimal balance between productivity, quality, and cost<\/p>\n

We extrude all families of elastomers and also perform co-extrusions, whether combining an elastomer with silicone, integrating inserts (textile, metal, or mechanical), or creating multi-material profiles. This versatility allows us to develop customized solutions tailored to the most demanding environments and the requirements of highly technical and critical industrial sectors, such as fire resistance, acid resistance, and solvent resistance.<\/p>\n
